adaptable

Aside from my curiosity, I have a willingness to experiment and I’m open to try new ideas, take on new challenges, and make adjustments to suit transitions.

curious

I am curious, almost to a fault. It would be great to know if it is possible to know everything. I try to keep learning new, especially in different fields. The greater goal for me to try to understand the world around me which will help me make better overall decisions.

personable

I am a people person. I love meeting and working with new people, and I enjoy empathizing with others and getting to know the specific problems they are facing.

Interest and Hobbies...

I’m passionate about training and development—especially creating meaningful learning experiences that align with business goals and support learner success. I enjoy connecting the dots between instructional strategy, content design, technology, and real-world impact.

Outside of work, I love exploring new tools and trends in learning design, participating in learning-focused challenges, and collaborating on side projects that sharpen my skills.
